I'm hoping someone can help. I suspect my account was hacked and my password changed. I check my gmail everyday, multiple times a day, and am very clear what my user name and password are. Today I tried logging in, but got a message that the "user name and password do not match." So I tried to reset my password -- they sent instructions to my secondary email account. No email showed up in my secondary email account, and when I tried to verify my username with my secondary email I got a message that "no user name is associated with this email address," or something to that effect. I'm afraid that someone hacked my account, and changed my password and secondary email. The folks at Google have been, so far, less than helpful, but it hasn't even been 24 hours yet.

Anyway -- has this happened to anyone else? Could it possibly be a system issue and not a hacker issue? And does anyone have any suggestions for how to proceed or alert Google to the issue? I've tried filling out the "contact us" forms but they ask for all this information that, unfortunately, I can't get without accessing my gmail account.
